Two young people were charged last week. A woman was killed and more than 20 people were injured in a shooting outside the Super Bowl parade.

NTwo more people have been charged following a fatal shooting at a Super Bowl parade in the US state of Missouri. As the State Attorney's Office in charge announced on Tuesday afternoon (local time), the defendants are two adult men from Kansas City.

They are accused of, among other things, intentional homicide and illegal use of a weapon. According to court documents, the defendants participated in the parade armed. A verbal dispute was followed by gunshots “in spite of thousands of people.”

Last week, two young people were charged with weapons offenses and resisting police.

The woman was killed on the sidelines of a parade honoring the victorious Kansas City Chiefs football team on February 14. More than 20 people were injured, including children and young people. For many Americans, the fear of gun violence is a constant companion to major events.
