Italy's former prime minister suddenly seems omnipresent again. It can be seen in bookstores, on Netflix – and soon on a postage stamp.

ZTwo months before the anniversary of his death, former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is almost omnipresent in the Italian public. On Wednesday, the cabinet in Rome decided to issue a stamp with Berlusconi's likeness in honor of the entrepreneur and politician, who died on June 12, 2023 at the age of 86.

The special stamp is the “appropriate recognition for a great Italian who served the Republic honorably as an entrepreneur, sportsman, politician and statesman,” said the Vice President of the Senate, Licia Ronzulli, with satisfaction after the decision.
