After the game, coach Zac Taylor spoke with reporters and provided an update on Burrow’s status, stating that the team believes their quarterback suffered a sprained right wrist.
“Looks like she sprained her wrist,” Taylor said via Paul Dehner Jr. from El Atlético.
Taylor said the information he had about the injury was limited and said he had “no idea” about Burrow’s availability in the future.
Burrow exited the game during the second quarter and was taken to the medical tent. Shortly after, he was seen on the bench trying to throw a soccer ball, but was unable to and visibly winced in pain. Burrow then went to the locker room and was replaced by substitute Jake Browning.
Burrow’s wrist had also been the topic of discussion before kickoff, following a video, which was later released. aired on Prime Video streamingappeared to show the quarterback wearing some sort of wristband as he exited the team bus before the game.

Burrow was not on the injury report, and Taylor said after the game that he was not aware of any pre-existing wrist injuries, according to NBC 5 Cincinnati. charlie clifford.
The Bengals won’t play again until Sunday, Nov. 26, so Burrow will have a few extra days of rest before their next game.
