Blink-182 is back together, and they couldn’t be happier. After weeks of teasing their long-awaited reunion album, the group has revealed its official release date. But that’s not the only thing the trio divulged. Their debut single, “One More Time,” will be released soon to give the world a taste of what’s to come.
“’One More Time… Blink-182’s new album drops October 20,’ the group wrote in a post on their X Page (formerly known as Twitter). The note then specified that the project’s title track would be available soon. “‘One More Time’, the new song, is released this Thursday, September 21 at 7:00 a.m. Los Angeles time / 10:00 a.m. New York time / 2:00 p.m. London time.”
The group takes a stroll down memory lane in the album’s trailer as they talk about their personal lives before reuniting as a group. They also discussed the inspiration behind their upcoming single. “‘One More Time’ is sort of written about why these disasters happen (I’m in a plane crash Or Mark is sick) for our band to get back together,” said band member Travis Barker.
