He continues: “This time has been incredibly hard on marriage and family. Mr. Masterson was always there for Ms. Phillips during the most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter.
TMZ further reports that Phillips has listed “irreconcilable differences” as grounds for divorce and seeks to restore her maiden name. She also requests legal and physical custody of their daughter, aged 9, and requests alimony for her spouse.
