Diddy”s Attorney Issued A Statement About Lawsuit Settlement

Yesterday (November 17) it was revealed that Cassie’s explosive trial for rape and physical violence against Diddy was settled privately. Immediately after the announcement, users online began theorizing why the case was handled so quickly. Although outsiders will probably never know what financial agreement When the parties met, Diddy’s attorney, Benjamin Brafman, wanted to make one thing clear.

Today (November 18), according to The Hollywood Reporter, Brafman reportedly released a statement on Diddy’s behalf to silence discussions circulating on social media. According to Brafman, the call to close the case in less than 24 hours has nothing to do with Diddy’s perceived guilt. “[This is] in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Brafman said.

He continued: “Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit in no way calls into question his adamant denial of the allegations. He is happy that they reached a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.

This reply follows Diddy’s initial response. “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love,” said Diddy The New York Times.
