Although criticism of Thomas Tuchel is becoming stronger, he remains relatively firm in his position as coach in Munich. According to information from “Sky”, there is currently no talk at Isar about a quick dismissal of Tuchel. As reported by pay television, Bayern officials maintain the plan for Tuchel to remain in office at least until the summer. That's why Bayern wants to concentrate fully on the crucial phase of the season.

Commotion at Bayern with Max Eberl

The interesting thing is that currently those responsible for Säbener Straße see the players as their responsibility. Consequently, the question of guilt is currently raised “in relation to the equipment.” The Bayern management believes that “this team is difficult to coach and some personalities are not good for this team.”

Regardless of the question of whether Tuchel will be the head coach of the… FC Bayern remains, a personnel change is expected in the summer. How exactly this will be depends largely on Max Eberl, the new sporting director. Currently, the 50-year-old watches what is happening from a distance. If all goes according to plan, Eberl will take up his new position at FCB from March 1.

Major personnel decisions are imminent

One thing is clear: Important personnel decisions will be made at FC Bayern in the coming weeks and months. The contracts of players such as Joshua Kimmich, Leroy Sané and Alphonso Davies expire in 2025. For all three, a final decision should be made before the summer on whether they will be extended or not.

Sport Bild newspaper recently reported that Eberl & Co. will test the entire team in the summer and that there are no restrictions when it comes to thinking. Only Manuel Neuer, Thomas Müller and Harry Kane are reportedly considered “unsaleable”.
