Drake Drops “Evil Ways’ Collab With J. Cole

Duck And J.Cole keep the hype going for their next one Everything is blurry – big like what? Tour. Tonight (November 17), Drake released an extended version of his eighth studio album, For all dogs called The Scary Hours Edition. This updated version of the album marks the third installation from Drake’s Scary hours EP series.

The new collection features “Evil Ways,” a dynamic and energetic new collaboration between Cole and Drizzy. On the song, the two heavy hitters go bar for bar, reflecting on their respective journeys to the top of the rap game.

Drake opens the song, running through his impressive resume, reminding everyone that he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

“I have bad manners / Even through the glasses you can see the look / To find your way to the top, this shit is gonna be a maze / Vogue swaggin, shit, I’m running to the Beatles,” raps Drake.

Cole then looks back on his career, reiterating the fact that he didn’t need to play Hollywood games to achieve GOAT status.

“I conquered hell, I walked the bad guy, I set my feet on fire / My heart gets harder every year like the sneakers made by Adidas / I never made the VMAs, I don’t ‘Don’t need praise,’ Cole raps.

Last month, Drake dropped collaboration with Cole »First person shooter” from the standard edition of For all dogs. The song reached number one on the chart Billboard Hot 100, making it Cole’s first ever n°1 on the map.
