A new trend has emerged on the social network Tiktok, after several users realized that dog food contains a large amount of protein. Gym lovers decided to take action and implemented dog food in their diets. Some have shared their experiences, emphasizing the benefits that rations can bring to those looking for better training performance.
A digital influencer from New York, USA, has been sharing videos on the social network TikTok, in which he tries different brands of dog food. According to Henry Clarisey, 21 years old, and gym lover, dog food is rich in proteins, which are an asset for strength training, and to get results faster, making it worth enduring the questionable flavors.
In the first video that the influencer shared on TikTok, which already has 20 million views, he revealed that, according to an application he uses, dog food has 666 grams of protein, about 600 grams more than the amount of protein most people should consume each day.
The young man promised his followers that he would try dog food if the video reached 15,000 likes. At the moment, the publication already has 2.5 million ‘likes’ and the influencer has kept his word.
In addition to dog food, the young man has already made a video of trying cat food, after a follower claimed that it contains more protein than dog food.
Although pet foods are high in protein, health experts say that some of the ingredients in pet foods can be harmful to humans.
