Kendall wins in Privado Holding’s Supreme Court lawsuit

The Privado Holding Liquidation Commission lost in court, in all instances, the attempt to reverse the sale of 24.78% of Kendall Develops in 2015 to two companies close to the management of the vehicle that came to hold stakes in Brisa and in the Brazilian concessionaire OHL, which today is led by Jaime Antunes.

The decision of the Supreme Court of Justice has just been issued on the appeal lodged (and paid) by the insolvent estate of Privado Holding, which confirms the decisions of the courts in previous instances.
