in front of Thanksgiving public holiday, Saturday night live put a new spin on parades with the Hudson News Thanksgiving Week Airport Parade.

At Newark Airport: “everyone’s third choice,” as TSA agent Chartreuse Hamilton says (Ego Nwodim) joked: the first participants were “a couple who were together on their last Thanksgiving trip.”

“Honey, can you just not be vegan for a day?” said a passenger (day mikey) tells his partner (Heidi Gardner). “Turkey is barely meat!”

Next was “a woman with service animals she clearly doesn’t need” (Chloe Fineman).

SNL Guest host Jason MomoaMeanwhile, he played Captain Gary Rogers, a parade correspondent, who was setting up shop at Chili’s and flirting with Nwodim.

“Every woman I sleep with gets one of these pretty pins,” he said, tossing one at the camera.

Additional parade participants included a “TSA agent yelling the same thing 12 different ways” (Kenan Thompson), “woman who took her Ambien too soon” (Molly Kearney) and “woman who refuses to check a purse” (Punkie Johnson).

TSA Agent Umberto (Bowen Yang) then introduced “the biggest star of the parade”: the airline passenger (Sara Sherman) who vented virally months ago for stating that someone else on the plane “wasn’t real.”

At the end of the parade, Nwodim was nowhere to be seen, but was soon reunited with Yang, along with a disheveled Momoa, who says she was “getting her wings.”
