Reneé Rapp Shares “Tummy Hurts’ Remix With Coco Jones

After sharing her critically acclaimed debut album Snow angel last August, Renee Rapp has shared four new songs, as part of the deluxe edition of the album. One of the new songs is a remix of a fan-favorite album, featuring another starlet.

Joined by Coco JonesRapp finds herself hurt both emotionally and physically after a relationship dissolves.

“Now my stomach hurts, he’s in love with her / But for what it’s worth, they’d make beautiful babies / And raise them to be fucking monsters like their mother and father,” Rapp sings on the chorus of the remix and the original version of the song.

Jones comes in on the second verse, giving the song a bit more of a soul element. And given his choice of words, it seems this man needs a soul.

“Baby, go open a Bible / ‘Cause God knows sin is a cycle / You lied to my face, it’s your hobby / Boy, you’re very good for a psychopath / When do they pay the cost of their choice? / Never ’cause it’s just these boys being boys,” Jones sings.

Aside from being incredible singers, Rapp and Jones are also both talented actresses. Jones plays the fabulous and opulent Hilary Banks in Peacock’s Bel Airand Rapp plays the sassy but lovable Leighton Murray in The sex lives of female students. In January, Rapp will make her film debut as Regina George in the film and musical adaptation of mean girls.
