“I’ve had a nose job, I’ve had a boob job, I’ve had a filler, I’ve had Botox, I’ve tried literally everything,” the reality star said, candidly listing the procedures she’s undergone. “Kybella, Morpheus, I just did a CO2 laser. I’ve done a lot of lasers.”

Kybella is a type of injectable treatment used to remove fat cells under the chin, while Morpheus uses heat generated by radiofrequency to smooth the skin, according to the Southern California Institute of Dermatology.

Tiesi admitted that she is “willing” to try any enhancement if it helps prevent the physical signs of aging, adding that she and her best friend are “like guinea pigs for anything they can do to fossilize and keep this forever.” .

The real estate agent hasn’t shy away from revealing her surgeries in the past, recently opening up about her operations during her debut on Netflix’s “Selling Sunset.”
