Borussia Dortmund has not won its last three official matches. Yesterday, Sunday, they suffered a 2-3 defeat against TSG Hoffenheim. The atmosphere at BVB is tense. According to current reports, the pressure on coach Edin Terzic is increasing.

The 2-3 defeat against Hoffenheim is a hard setback for BVB. Despite being ahead twice, we ended up losing. Particularly bitter: Dortmund did not take advantage of RB Leipzig's mistake. The Saxons lost 1:2 in Munich. With a victory against Hoffenheim they could have gone four points ahead. The lead is still only one point and the black and yellow have to continue fighting for the Champions League place. BVB cannot convince in terms of play with Terzic.

BVB loses against Hoffenheim: pressure increases on Terzic

As “Ruhr Nachrichten” reports, discontent is growing in Dortmund. Coach Edin Terzic is therefore no longer firmly in command. Above all, those in charge are not convinced of the team's performance. Sky journalist Patrick Berger reported on Monday that Terzic left the BVB stadium today at 11:34 a.m., even though substitute training was still underway at that time. Upon request, the Club announced that Terzic left early due to illness. According to Berger, Terzic is being closely monitored by Dortmund bosses.

BVB's engine sputters, especially in attack. The accusation is that the team too often depends on individual actions. BVB officials recently defended Terzic. But one thing is also clear: the 41-year-old's contract only lasts until 2025. Dortmund officials will inevitably have to face the question of whether and how things will continue with Terzic in the summer.
