On Sunday, September 17, in a post shared on her official Instagram page, Teyana announced the couple’s separation. They officially married in 2016 and have since welcomed two daughters, Iman “Junie” Tayla Shumpert Jr. and Rue Rose Shumpert. Although Teyena didn’t confirm whether the split would turn into a full-blown divorce, she insisted they were still good friends.
