ZIn memory of the deadly gun attack a month ago, the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague opened its doors for one day. Dean Eva Leheckova spoke on Sunday about the important step for all students and faculty to come to terms with what happened.

According to police reports, the shooter had already accidentally killed a man and his two-month-old daughter in the suburbs of Prague on December 15. Among other things, workshop participants were able to create a memorial using wax from candles left behind by mourners after the university shooting. Meanwhile, black curtains blocked access to the upper floors.
According to Dean Leheckova, lectures will continue on February 19. Psychologists also advised to return quickly. The fourth floor, the main scene of the riot, will remain closed for the time being.
