Tiger Woods His ex-girlfriend dropped her lawsuit seeking to void a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the professional golfer and also rescinded her sexual harassment allegations.

In March, Erica Herman39, attempted to void his confidentiality agreement with Woods, 47, due to the Speak Out Act, a part of US legislation enacted in 2022 which stated that an NDA cannot silence a victim of sexual abuse.

Herman alleged that Woods made her sign the confidentiality agreement after he pursued her and they began a sexual relationship while she was an employee at his South Florida restaurant, The Woods Jupiter. He claimed that he would have been fired from her job if she had not signed the confidentiality agreement.

Herman’s lawsuit against Woods was unsuccessful, prompting her to appeal the verdict.

This month, Herman, who separated from Woods in October 2022, dropped his lawsuit against the athlete.

“In dismissing this appeal, Erica Herman affirms that she was never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents and it is her position that she never filed a claim for such,” the legal notice reads. read.

Woods and Herman have not commented publicly on the lawsuit.

In May, a Florida judge ruled that Herman failed to provide evidence of any sexual misconduct and would have to comply with the existing NDA.

The judge said Herman “made vague and worn-out references to behaviors or actions that she believes constitute sexual harassment” and called the harassment allegations “implausible.”

Herman previously stated that he does not remember ever signing the NDA.

Many of the original claims involved a sum greater than $30 million (more than $40.4 million). lease demand filed by Herman against Woods and his trust in October 2022. The lawsuit alleged that the golfer violated an 11-year oral lease and used “deception” to prevent Herman from accessing his beachfront home in Hobe Sound, Florida, where they both lived.

Woods denied that an oral agreement had ever been reached. In March, his attorney called Herman “a jilted ex-girlfriend who wants to publicly litigate misleading claims in court, rather than honor her commitment to arbitrate disputes in a confidential arbitration proceeding.”

Herman dropped this lawsuit in July.

Woods and Herman were first romantically linked in 2017 and then split in 2022.
