According to Dunkin Donuts, the calorie counts for the different sizes of Ice Spice drink are: 590 for a small size, 830 for a medium, and 1,080 for a large. With each drink, they also adjust the ingredient level and number of munchkins mixed.

Although exact nutritional data hasn’t been updated for the coffee chain in a few months, Sweet Sugar was able to estimate other statistics. The post points out that a small size would contain about 44 grams of sugar, based on previously provided information on the amount of syrups and munchkins.

This number would then obviously increase when adjusted for larger sizes.
