The lowest values ​​are therefore between plus four and plus one degrees in the north, between minus two and minus nine degrees in the center around the freezing point, and minus eleven degrees in some Alpine valleys.

On Sunday, mostly sunny and dry weather will remain from southern Baden to Lower Bavaria. In the north, the weather is cloudy, sometimes there is a little rain or sleet. Snowfall is expected in the mountains.

Maximum temperatures are between zero and six degrees, with slight permafrost in higher mountainous areas. In the south, a partly weak, otherwise moderate wind blows, and in the northeast also a fresh westerly wind. The DWD is predicting severe storm surges or squalls along the coast and higher mountain areas.

On Monday night, the weather will be partly cloudy to very cloudy. Meteorologists expect rain, sleet or snow. It cools down to plus two to minus four degrees, in higher mountains and the Alps to minus eight degrees. Attention: There is a risk of slippery surfaces.

According to DWD, the new week will start with a mix of rain, snow and sleet. There is even a chance of isolated thunderstorms in the northwest. It can also snow for a long time on the northern edge of low mountain ranges. According to the information, the maximum values ​​will be between zero and plus five degrees during the day and between zero and minus five degrees at night. DWD warns that slippery or freezing wet weather due to snow can be expected in mountainous areas and during heavy showers and generally at night. In addition, meteorologists expect fresh, gusty to stormy westerly winds. Storms are expected in the mountains and by the sea.
