Republican Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana criticized Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday, saying the American people have decided she is “not capable.”

Kennedy cited the state of the U.S.-Mexico border crisis, inflation, crime and conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza while giving a harsh assessment of the performance of Harris and President Joe Biden.
