Tennis service: Who suspects fraud here?

A Spanish tennis player banned for 15 years for betting fraud. But who did he hurt? The greatest harm is often suffered by the perpetrators themselves, and only one actor truly has the power to change that.
TOApril 2020, month number three of Corona. The pandemic has paralyzed the world of sports and, with it, the sports betting business. But then something happens: the Ukrainian fourth division club FC Berdjansk invites you to a lightning tournament with four teams. Gambling providers are taking advantage of this. Finally you bet on games, bet live, bet on tournaments again.
The problem is that there is no tournament. Everything is fake, even the live ticker on the club's home page is fictitious. Ghost games, only this time in the literal sense, one could joke. In any case, this is a particularly blatant case of betting fraud.
