What is it really about? Jungle camp?

The concept of the show actually originates from the UK and is called: “I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!”. The show “I'm a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” has been taking place in Germany since 2004. or under the name “Jungle Camp”.

As reported by RTL, the season of “I'm a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” will begin on January 19. with a three-hour XXL opening episode at 8:15 p.m. However, two of the 17 episodes, on Jan. 21 and Jan. 28, will be significantly shorter, clocking in at less than an hour, due to the live coverage of the knockout rounds prior to the Super Bowl final. “I'm a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” fans can expect entertainment six times at 20:15. From the first to the sixth season, the show was co-hosted by Dirk Bach and Sonja Zietlow. The latter is also present in the show today. Actor Dirk Bach died of heart failure in Berlin on October 1, 2012, the same year as the sixth season. He was only 51 years old.
