Did not find peace after the crime: murdered Karen Gaucke's parents, Gabriele and Hans Gaucke

When a murder trial doesn't have a body, it's doubly tragic for loved ones. They will never know where their loved ones were killed. Lawyer Matthias Waldraff is still worried about Karen Gaucke's case.

Mr. Waldraff, a trial is currently underway in Nuremberg for the alleged murder of a heavily pregnant woman. Two men are suspected of the crime, one is the woman's ex-partner, who has not been seen since December 2022. Her body has not yet been found, but the state prosecutor's office assumes the missing woman is dead. That sounds familiar, doesn't it?

I don't know if it can be compared, but yes, in 2007 I represented the married couple Gabriele and Hans Gaucke at the Hanover District Court. It was also a murder trial without the bodies.
