Problems between Alphonso Davies and FC Bayern! The Munich team pressured the Canadian to extend his contract. But Davies' adviser now makes it clear that no decision will be made in the next two weeks.
Nick Huoseh, advisor to Alphonso Davies, has made it clear that they will not accept the ultimatum FC Bayern I want to enter. The club had called for a quick decision on the record champion's contract offer.
Davies' advisor complains about FC Bayern
Huoseh told Bild newspaper: “It is not fair that Alphonso is attacked now. We were close to reaching an agreement a year ago. Then the entire management of the club was replaced. Then we didn't hear anything for seven months. Although I tried to contact the club myself during this time.”
Bayern sporting director Max Eberl had already put pressure on him previously. Davies has a Bayern contract ready to sign. Eberl told “Sport Bild”: “We made Alphonso a very concrete and grateful offer. At some point in life you have to say yes or no.” However, the left-back is unlikely to accept this offer.
Will Alphonso Davies extend his contract with FC Bayern?
Agent Huseoh said: “Now they give us an ultimatum and we are supposed to react in two weeks because the club is under pressure and has needed a lot of time to reposition itself in management? It's not fair.”
Davies wants to know what will happen next season at Bayern. Huoseh explained: “It is a very important contract in Alphonso's career and we are supposed to make the decision, without knowing who will be the coach next season or what the team will be like. “We therefore believe it is unfair to react to the ultimatum and will decide at the end of the season how to proceed when there is more clarity.”
This apparently means: if the Bayern bosses do not improve their offer, it seems that Davies and FCB will part ways. Recently, the 23-year-old has been repeatedly linked with Real Madrid.
